Shipping Information

We use UPS for shipments within the continental United States and cannot ship to PO boxes or APO.  If free shipping is chosen, we reserve the right to ship via the United States Postal Service if the total weight of the order is 10 lbs. or less.  To protect against credit card fraud, orders will only be shipped to mailing addresses that match the billing address on the credit card used to make the purchase.  If your billing address is a PO Box or APO or you would like to ship to an address other than the credit card billing address, please email us at support@bowlingballdiscounts.com or call (515) 490-9232 to arrange delivery.

In order to fill your order in the quickest way possible, we may have the order shipped directly from the manufacturer. If we do this, it may be shipped with a method other than UPS or USPS.

All shipments to addresses within the continental United States are eligible for free UPS ground shipping.  We also give the option to select expedited shipping methods (Next Day Air etc.) for a fee at the time of checkout.

If an order is to be shipped outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico, please call (515) 490-9232 to get a shipping quote.

Orders received before 2:00 pm CST will be shipped out the same day if they are in our local warehouse.  All orders will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days, we make every effort to ship out orders the same day that we receive them.  If for any reason we cannot process your order within 2 business days we will notify you by phone or email.

If you select an expedited shipping method, the charges will be based on the total weight of the order.  These weights are detailed below.

Shipping Weights

Bowling Balls

All balls will have 17 lb. shipping weight.

Bowling Shoes

All shoes will have a 4 lb. shipping weight.

Bowling Bags

Bags will be shipped with their actual weight and measurements. Below are general guidelines as to the weights for various bag types.  The weights below may be higher than the weight of the package, but that is to account for any additional charges due to the size of the package.

Accessories/Cleaners

All accessories and cleaners will be shipped as their actual weight with a minimum of 1 lb.

Apparel

All apparel will have a 2 lb. shipping weight per item.

Shipping methods

We offer all the shipping methods available to us through UPS, not all methods are available to all Addresses.

If you choose an expedited shipping method, we will make every effort to ship the item the same day, however there is a chance that it could take 1 to 2 business days to get the shipment to UPS.
